Hair help agian! =]?

ohkay so i have herd layerin your hair will give it more volume.

i want it too have more volume it is kinda thin.

but i have also herd that it will make it thinnner.

which is true?

i am dyin my hair back brown like medium brown

[my natural color]

im getting a bob sort of cut with the swoop bang.

i wanted either hi, or low lights and maybe both

i have herd that either high or low

will give more effect to the layers and is more noticeable

please help!

well i can tell u that i hav layers.. and for me.. it gives my hair more volume.. but good luck!
