I just got hi-lights. She cut my hair in a medium shag style. My last perm was in 12/07. My hair is naturally wavy. However, it mostly shows at the bottom. The top can't be too short or too long. It tends to stick up in between the two stages. My part is usually off center to the right. What size perm rod and type of perm works for this style? I want to have a cross between a loose wave and and a medium to tight curl through out my hair. please help me out with my dilema?
