Anyway im getting my hair cut soon so I was wondering what I should say im trying to achieve. and I bound off the wall from one to another and I am thinking of going longer but its kind of out style and like shaved heads are in or something omfg HELP ty :D

The second one was by far my favorite. Super hott. Your hair now is idk, just kinda blah and makes you look kind of like how I picture a computer student, boring and stuff. I think you should either grow it out like the first one, the 5th one, or like I said, the second one. If you do grow it out again like the first one again, ask your stylist on how you could style it (i.e. straightener, products.)

idk about the shaved head thing. I mean, it looks bad*ss and all on the rockers with tattoos, but on you? If you do shave it, add some stubble to your face. Now that could be very sexy.

Please help, i have salon bleached hair like straw what can i use to go back to medium brown?

i recently had my hair highlightened at the salon as i have always coloured it myself with brown and have a lot of build up. My hairdresser suggested she bleach it then put alight brown over the top which is the colour i want to be. After bleaching it my hair went frizzy and she cut about three inches off the back to hide this. It is a mess patchy white and behind is the dark brown i look like a zebra. I need to put it back to light brown please help....i am not going back to the salon.

OK first of all, your hair is over processed. You need to go to the store and pick out a medium brown color (it may look darker than you want it to be, but with your hair being as light as it is, will tone down the darkness of the brown) - go with something golden based - watch out for red base which will make your hair brassy, or neutral base, which will make your hair greyish. Once you dye it, dont touch it for a long long time!! just let it grow out and get trims ever 4-6 weeks.

i know how you feel because my hair was like that not too long ago. the best remedy is cellophane. it has color on it but it doesn't have harsh chemicals like ammonia like hair dyes have. if you can afford it, have a hair rebond treatment to get that frizziness out of your hair then go for the cellophane treatment. i'm sure it has the color you want. ; )

The danger with dying your hair brown yourself is that it may go too red or too green, if you don't want to go too green go for a chestnut brown. If you don't go to a salon though it's unlikely that your hair will look good. If I was you I'd go to a salon.

i suggest putting a semi-permamnent dark brown hair colour on as it doesnt dry your hair out nearly as much as permanment ones because i too bleached my hair and im back to having my medium/dark brown hair which is not dry at alll goood luck :D

Go to a salon for colour correction. Don't try to do it yourself!Dyeing bleached/white hair can be tricky and you probably need a pre pig, or you risk going green. Get professional help and good luck :)

Firstly either write, phone, or go into the salon you went to and make a complaint - that is insane. If you write remember to include photo's of your hair.

Your hairdresser really shouldn't have done that, which is clear seeing as she then had to chop off hair to hide the frizz from it.

Once you've taken photo's as proof I'd suggest you go somewhere else or to another stylist there (Who you've asked about from other customers) as they will fix what has been done if it's as awful as you've said because you are now a walking negative advertisement for their salon.

If you go to another salon and have it fixed keep the receipt because again, you may be about to get a refund from the original one if the owner agree's that what was done is horrendous.

I don't suggest doing it yourself at this point as your hair has been through a lot already and you could end up with the green hair issue that comes of trying to fix bleached hair yourself. But if you must then use a red toned brown dye as there's less chance of it going green as the red should nutralise it somewhat.

I got wild curly hair too, and its a good idea not to cut it cause then you'll look like an afrohead instead of a goth, unless you're gunna straigten it all the time. I would sayy get some bangs and straighten them, and then use a variety of gels or mousses or hairspray to make neater curls instead of wild curls. Or maybe leave your hair really curly and sorta pull some curled bangs in front of your eyes.

I think you're asking what the white dots at the ends of your hair were. It was hair breakage..You can prevent this from happening again by getting your hair cut every 4 to 6 weeks. Do NOT brush you hair when it is wet with a hair brush. Use a comb and preferably a wide tooth detangle comb. You can find at any store or drug store. Invest in a good shampoo and conditioner. If your hair is color treated, use ones for color treated hair. If you don't, you will just be stripping the color right out of your hair with each wash as the PH balance is too high in regular shampoo. Those are just a few suggestions. If you want to try new hairstyles, look in some magazines and your hair. You can also go back and have your stylist show you some too.

at least once every three months cut it again (rather trim it) and you can do so much! you can put it up in a messy bun, you can buy a leather things and tie it back so that it looks like a "bker" style, you can put two pony tails (like a little girl) and you can put braids and so many other things!! and to keep your hair that way (all shiny and soft and not white things) use garnier!!! they have the shampoo and conditioner the styling products and the deep fortifying conditioner! depending on how you want you hair i would suggest the curl and shine formulas! they give your haur a slight "natural" wave to give your hair character and they help to keep it shiny with no split ends or anything! they also help you to keep away dandruff!!! and the shampoo also makes your hair feel soft! not like most that your hair feels all dry!

if you dont like either of those i suggest get thick bangs that are angled that go about 1/2 an inch below your eye that brush ur cheekbone. if you want it colored color it darm brown or auburn and with the dark brown get highlights that are about 1 shade lighter then the brown. your hair then will look classy, but emo.

im having one of my many bad hair days today. My hair is medium-short (about an inch or two below my shoulders) and it's flat at the end. I just dont think it looks good, it's sort of plain and makes my head look weird and it's a little hard to straighten. How should I cut my hair so there is more of a style in it? I have layers now but they dont seem to do anything except make my hair look shelf-ish.

I'm looking for a fun and unique way to dye my hair. Me and my friends dye it ourselves, and we can basically pull off anything. I prefer to stick with natural colors (red, blonde, black, brown) in any shade. I don't mind layering of colors or having patches of colors, but I can't think of a good way to put it all together. I don't really want unnatural colors (pink, blue, purple) I have done those before and wasn't happy with how quick they washed out.

okay, first do your research and remember, haircolor doesn't damage hair. incorrect application is what dammages hair. for your hairstyle, and since you seem pretty cool about trying things that seem... um... different (like me) i would try like a roadsted red pepper with a panel of burnt caramel. like a sunny-tomato hue with a streak towards the back of rich butterscotch, if that help. just a streak, about 1 and 1/2 inch wide. another color that looks gorgeous, especially if you ahve light skin, is a winey-burgundy. like, a burgundy that contains notes of plum, cranberry and a touch of chocolate. it contrasts beautifully with porcelain skin. an asymmetrical razor cut with length around the face and defined, yet feminine fringe will add spice to this style.

Sounds like you're looking for allover highlights. My suggestion: comb the fashion magazines for the color that you want and take that to your salon. Be very specific about what you want. Your stylist isn't a mind reader. :) Good luck. It should be fairly easy to find the color on a celeb because they'll all soon be "transitioning" to summer colors as well.

well i have never dyed my hair blonde, but i do experiment with reddish tones. becareful with blonde, because it can dry out your hair. i recomend that you use Garnier Nutrisse, its about $7 (a little on the pricey side) but its the best hair color ive ever used. oh and dont dye your hair more often than every two months or its gonna break and get very brittle.

Step 1: Shampoo and condition your bangs and the rest of your hair with your normal products designed for your current hair type, texture and condition. If your hair is highlighted use either a moisture enhanced or color enriched formula. If your hair is dry from chemical processing, consider diluting the shampoo formula to protect your strands.

Skip any rinse-out conditioning products, especially on your bangs, that might make hair too slippery soft and more difficult to trim. If you must use a rinse-out conditioner, make sure that you limit how much you use and that you concentrate on the middle to the ends.

(Shampoo products to try: Phyto - Phytojoba Hydrating Shampoo, PHYTO - Dry Hair System, Phyto - PhytoBrush Shampoo, Paves Professional - FLAWless No Sulfates Allowed Repairing Shine Shampoo For Dry Hair.

Step 2: Towel blot strands bangs. Detangle bangs completely to remove knots. If your hair is prone to frizz, apply a defrisant product before you blow dry.

(Anti-Frizz Product to try: Rene Furterer - Control Emulsion Anti-Frizz)

Step 3: Blow bangs completely dry. If bangs are wavy or naturally curly, use a boar's head paddle or natural round brush to blow bangs completely straight.

Step 4: Optionally you can blow dry the rest of your hair at this point or leave the non-bang area wet. Either way, separate all the bang hair from the rest of your strands. Clip the non-bang hair up to keep it out of the way of the bangs.

Step 5: Locate a good mirror with a great light source for easy viewing of your trimming tasks.

Step 6: Separate bangs into three equal sized sections.

Step 7: Clip the two end sections away from the middle section. Firmly, without stretching hair, grab the middle section of bang hair hair between the index and middle finger of your dominant hand so that it forms a smooth even line.

Note: Do not stretch the bangs tightly or else you won't be able to accurately gauge the length as you trim.

Step 8: Hold your trimming scissors at a 45 degree angle to avoid crooked slicing when chopping straight across. Start very slowly and snip off tiny pieces of the bangs with the scissors moving from the right to the left. Finish clipping the middle section. Check the length. If you need more hair removed, repeat the same action cutting from left to right.

Continue moving back and forth, alternating directions, until the bangs are the perfect length that you desire. Avoid lifting your eyebrows or crossing your legs while trimming since this can also impact the ultimate length.

Note: Remember to take your time. It is better to snip too little hair than too much. While you can keep snipping you can't glue cut hair back on.

Step 9: Once you are happy with the length of the middle section, unclip the right side. Using the finished middle section as a point of reference for the length you desire, cut the side section. Remember to go slow and cut back and forth from right to left and then left to right.

Step 10: Once both sides have been trimmed, study the completely sweep of bangs from edge to edge. Make any adjustments to the middle or either side.

The best way to go would be to take a picture with you. That way they know exactly what you want and you dont run the risk of having them misunderstand you and messing it up. Also the only thing that haircut is, is a basic haircut with a lot of layers. Not that complicated...they should get it right if you bring in a picture!

i had long wavy thick hair up until i was like 17 wheni cut it really short. it's been short for the last two years and it's been amaizing. since theres less i can control it and it has a finer more controlable texture, but i've decided to grow it out for a while, it's at a mid length npw and the texture is already more difficult. i can barely straigten it and it seems more damaging when i do. how can keep my nice texture if i grow it out?

Controling long hair?

I have long, thin hair, but I have a lot of it, so I know a little bit about this subject. I love yours - it's so dark and thick and pretty! I would suggest combing a conditioner through every time you shampoo, buying a smoothing/shine balm (I use Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine - it's a weightless anti-frizz serum) and I sleep on a satin pillowcase. It sounds lame but it really helps - the pillowcase will keep you hair smoother and prevent tons of breakage when you toss and turn at night.

All of these things will help keep it under control, but note that they are relatively "gentle" steps to take. You want to avoid more harsh things like getting your hair straightened (chemically or with a flat iron). If you're going to blow it dry, make sure you use a product that is heat activated (that will shorten the time you need to use the hair dryer, in theory). You will also want to get regular trims, about every 8 weeks, to keep the ends neat and the rest of your hair healthy looking.

If you like the longer look I recommend taking your dog to someone who specializes in that breed or has groomed for show (that would be the long flowing cut). As long as your dog is not matted, if you tell the groomer you want to keep the dog long, they should be able to do that.

Either tell them you want a bath/brush light scissor trim..which would be a scissor trim of the belly, back end, around the face, feet and maybe a little off the chest. Or if you want hair taken off the back of the dog as well, ask the groomer what is the longest comb attachment they have and ask them to show you how long the dogs coat will be left. I usually use the belly to show owners since it can be hidden.

Most of the times there is just a lack of communication between owner and groomer. Just try to keep your instructions as clear as possible. Sometimes what you say and what we hear or think you mean are 2 different things and vice versa.

I think full coated ShihTzus look really nice. Unfortunalty, most pet owner keep them short.

sorry that the people who answered before me cant read. emo is just a style, and people dress in it not because they are depressed, but because they like it.

anyway, you'll probably be looking for a wax product to make your hair stick up in the back. i am familiar with bed head, but not with their names. look for "control freak" i think. as for the front, to keep it slick and shiny, try something in a spray or a mousse. there is a product line for iron straightened hair that is a mousse that your put on to keep the hair from getting frizzy. i dont remember the name but i believe its in the control freak line of TiGi (bed head).

Hey~ you should get layers. It mostly depends on your face shape, but layers are pretty safe. Since you want medium to short hair you should have the longest layer of your hair about an inch below your shoulders. Your second layer could be about an inch above it, with another layer an inch above the second. If you want, you could get bangs. You could side sweep them too! It would look really cute! I have friends with curly hair who straighten their bangs, but leave the rest of their hair curly. It is really cute!

You said your hair was uncontrollable, use gel or mousse. Scrunch it up and it should be under control. I use Aussie mousse and a hair spray called Sprunch made by Aussie. I have really thick wavy hair, and it works great on my hair! If you want, you could also ask your hair stylist to thin your hair out a little bit. Hope this helps!!!

I love the style and I think it's a perfect statement for moving on to your freshman year. Ask the stylist about what you'll have to do each morning to style your hair. Make sure it isn't more work than you are willing to do. Some of those short hairstyles look so simple and carefree when they are not.

The cut is great and a perfect transformation for your freshmen year. My freshmen year i got highlights and lighter hair, it wasnt drastic enough for me so after spring break i went BLONDER than ever! i loved it and it was so worth the risk i still have my hair that way and im not planning to change it for junior year either! you should make appts. at different places with the senior stylists. dont look for a barber shop, a good cut is well worth your money, i would look to spend at least 40 dollars on a good cut. try visible changes, they work wonders with hair or master cuts and super cuts are great too! go for it!

There are many ways, I think the easiest way is to get it cut certain. It helps if you straighten it and get it thinned.
