Layered hair?

How to you get the layered, piecy look? Do you need it cut a certain way, or do you need to style it a certain way? And can you give me pictures of the style you mean (cuz there's more than one way to do it)

Do either of those links work? Those are what my hair looks like right now.

This is something like what i was thinking of:

Do you think that would work for me? Is it would, do you have to style it in a certain way to get it to look like that? Help?

Really worked for me, but I have dark brown hair and an oval face. You can email me better links, but I don't have a facebook so that won't work. Good luck, and feel free to contact me!

There are many ways, I think the easiest way is to get it cut certain. It helps if you straighten it and get it thinned.

First you have to get the right haircut. Once you have accomplished that, you need to use the proper hair products to keep your hair "piecy". I suggest that you make an appointment with a hair stylist and take your picture into her and show her what you want. If she is any good, she should be able to recreate this look for you that matches your hair texture and face shape and advise you as to what products to use to get that piecy look.

my hair is just like that except i am a brunette and my hair is a little shorter. just show the picture to the person that is going to cut your hair. it takes a while to style it at first, but then your hair will get used to it. all you half to do is straighten it with a flat iron, and use styling creme or gel. hairspry makes the layers not flip out like in that picture.
