I'm overweight and have medium length hair and it looks fine. I was thinking of cutting my hair up to my shoulder will that make me look chubbier?

i tihnk so because the shorter the hair, usually it makes your face look stuffed. don't cut it. if you really want to, loose some weight and then cut it

Shoulder length hair wont necessarily make you look chubbier. As long as it's cut with layers to frame your face.

you know what, even if your overweight you didnt mention whats the shape of your face.

it doesnt necessarily follow that if your chubby you need hair to hide your face. it doesnt even flatter overweight woman whose short in height to have very long hair either.

go to the salon and ask your stylist. and if you did, cut your hair and doesnt flatter you that much.

Yes, more than likely because your hair accentuates your face and other features, so if you cut it shorter it will cause your other features to stand out more and be more noticeable to others.

I used to have an overweight girlfriend with long hair until she cut it one day. After that most people including her older sisters used to tell her that she looked like a boy, which I felt was wrong. However, secretly I wished she would have left her hair longer too but my love for her never changed or diminished. We broke up due to her parents.

Any way, whether you decide to cut your hair or leave it long you need to get to the point where you are not so worried about your appearance and become comfortable with the love person that you already are. Then your will get to the point where your insides match your outsides and you will be able to enjoy someone who loves you for all of your wonderful characteristics, regardless of what others think and because you love yourself first and foremost.

Years later, I still secretly miss that particular girlfriend to this day and wonder whatever happened to her, because she was a great person. Although I would never admit that to anyone including my family and closest friends.

Of course you can. Shoulder length hair will look fine on someone with a fuller face. Ask your stylist to face frame the hair around your face. That will give the apperance of slimmer cheeks. Also, avoid cutting your hair anywhere around chin length, that definitely will bring out your cheeks. Pick me for best answer??
