Side bangs and med hair??

and i wanna cut it about 2 inches, add some side bangs. these ones: http://i208.photobucket.com/albums/bb89/... and im dying my hair black. idk if i t will look good tho cuz my parents say im insane for wanting to cut my hair. so im skeptical. please be honest and tell me if itll look good

no bangs, your for-head is tiny and it will just make your face chubbier. And the hair color.. eh. Not really fond of black hair. Instead of spending money on a hair cut join weight watchers for kids. And get your eyebrows done.

Hmmm you look awfully human like for a dog. I've never seen a dog with side bangs either. If you want bangs go for it, you can always grow them out!
