What kind of hair is good for a frizz head and a round kind of square. face?

I NEVER know how to cut my hair! I have had it really short, kind of short, medium and long. But I have no clue which is best. I have a brown/red hair and it's really frizzy, and a little curly underneath, mostly wavey. My compection is pale with green/brown eyes. I have big cheeks.Right now it's about an inch below my sholders. What would be good? ( I tryed to map out my face for your help, hope it works)

Your face is round, but your cheeks are kind of bigger like a square faced person might have. Maybe like Cameron Diaz or something?

i suggest two products but believe me i know your pain.....Luster's pink oil and paul mitchell awapui leave in conditioner and invest in a difussion hair dryer put either of those in while wet flip your head upsode down and difuse difuse difuse!
